FAQ
Do I need a special phone to record my audio? No. You can use any phone even a cell phone. However some wireless phones buzz or add static when they are around florescent lights. So before you hang up make sure that you playback your audio so you can re-record if needed.
Can I put more than one player in a webpage? Yes. All players send a "Stop all sounds" command before they play. So if another player is playing it stops when the user starts another player.
How big is the Flash file? The file for a 30 second audio player with a progress bar is only 64K. And the file loads while the user is looking at the page, so it plays the instant the user clicks. Thirty seconds is a fairly long audio, you can say a lot in thirty seconds.

Why do you use Flash-4 and not Flash-5 or Flash-6? Flash version 4 is on more computers than Flash-5 or Flash-6 (aka Flash MX). Plus both Flash-5 and Flash-6 will play Flash-4 files. And if the computer does not have Flash at all a Java based Flash-4 player will download and play the file. Plus I like the quality of the Flash-4 audio better than the "streaming audio" in Flash-6.
How do I put the player in my webpage? You will receive by email a link to download two files: 1- An HTML page that will allow you to customize the player and create the HTML code for your webpage. 2- The flash file that contains the player and the audio.
Download BOTH files and put them in the SAME directory. Double click the HTML file and follow the instructions to adjust the size background color etc of you player. Then paste the HTML code it creates where you want it in your webpage and upload the webpage to your server. Then upload the flash file (.swf file) to the SAME directory tht your webpage is in.
The player looks too big. Can I change the size? Yes. Use the HTML page that comes with the player to adjust the size and create the HTML code for your webpage.
